Jorge Moreno-Plascencia is a doctorate student in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He holds degrees in Business Administration from the La Piedad Tech Institute and a M.A. in International Economic Relations from the University of Guadalajara; both in Mexico.
